ABOUT THE ARTIST
Born in 1986 and raised in South Wales, Jonathan moved to Essex in 2014. He attended The University of Wales Institute Cardiff where he studied a degree in Interior Architecture. Jonathan became a Teacher of Art in 2009, progressing in career to ‘Head of Art’ then later becoming the ‘Head of The Creativity Faculty’, with a desire to bring the Arts to the forefront of education.
Jonathan lives in Chelmsford with his husband, two sons and sausage dog. Whilst working full time he continues to create pieces of art in his spare time at his home studio.

TALKING TO THE MOON
My love for the moon has grown over the years. There has always been a fascination there but more recently I have been learning about the moons phases and her power! This series visually documents my research into finding out how my emotions change each month with different lunar phases.
